Capt. John McAnney

John McAnney was a bayman, salt hay farmer, sea captain, gunner and guide for hunting and fishing parties on the Mullica and Bass Rivers. He also served as a member of the life saving service and upon retirement, he was working for the North Brigantine Life Saving Station (Fleckenstein, New Jersey 23) .
