A three time World Decorative Floating Pairs champion with twenty years experience, Victor is now a full time artist. He currently has thirteen show winners at the Ward Museum, most notable his Decorative Smoothies. This year, Victor is the featured artist at the Easton, MD Waterfowl Festival in November. He currently resides in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada and is a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve.
