Shipping Policy

We will only ship items to the United States (U.S.). Purchasers from other countries may call 410-742-4988 ext. 120 to place an order via telephone.

Shipping Cost

We will ship your item(s) via USPS. Shipping charges for shipments within the continental U.S. are based on the total value of your order. Additional fees may apply to addresses outside of the continental U.S.  Please note that we will not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Time

Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days upon receipt. Shipping time is determined by destination address. Our business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All orders are shipping from Salisbury, MD, USA.

Shipping to an Address Different From Your Billing Address

If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Undelivered Package

If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

Sales Tax and Duty

Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making purchase.

Return Policy

All returns require pr-eauthorization from our store within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the purchase date.
You may return the unused item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for any reason. Whether the item is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the item has been received.

Return Method

All returns require pre-authorization. Simply send an email to or call the Museum Store at 410-742-4988 ext. 120 with the invoice number and return item information. Please include the RMA (return merchandise authorization) on the shipping label, a copy of your original invoice with RMA with your return order as well as a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.
Completely repackage the shipment with a traceable service (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and send to:
